Technology is anything that we create to help us achieve a goal. It can be basic, like a knife, lever, or a wheel, or very complicated like vehicles, oracle systems, or computers. So then spiritual technology is anything we create to achieve spiritual goals. That can be obvious things like prayer, meditation, chanting, or religion. But when you think about spirit being alive before it enters a body, then the body itself can even be considered a technology that spirit uses to interact with the world.
